Due to the nature of our prints being made to order we are unable to accept refunds, returns, or exchanges

Rarely, while in the care of our delivery partners, one or more products in an order may sustain damage. Within 24 hours of receiving a damaged product please forward detailed, clearly visible photos of any damage, along with pictures of the packing, to michael@michaelgrp.com if any of your products come damaged. Photographs of the damage must be taken as soon as the product(s) have been received; the product or products cannot have been hung, or otherwise installed prior to the damage being documented. After reviewing the supplied images, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to replace or restore any products that have been materially damaged. A review of the damage may take up to 30 days to process once the photographs have been received. All images sent to us must be in .jpeg or .png format or the review cannot proceed.
